Before working in the fitness industry, my first career was performing comedy magic full-time for private and corporate event audiences. In 2004 I took a step back to start a new career in personal training and sports performance. I quickly learned the benefits of both exercise and laughter often parallel each other.
Much like exercise, when you laugh:
